From 23rd to 25th May 2014, CPC conducted an assessment center on board a traditional sailing vessel in the Baltic Sea.

On board, it immediately became apparent whether people tackle challenges, like to sort things out, or step back when things get tough – and also whether there is personal fit or not. On board the vessel, with the limited space, you get to know each other much more quickly and in depth. “And that is, what it was about for us“ says Oliver Kleinknecht, Manager at CPC and responsible for recruiting. “Our approach is: ‘Hire attitude, train skills’. This is what we wanted to accomplish with this assessment center approach for Master graduates and young professionals.”
