Frankfurt Headquarters Relocates: CPC Lands in The Squaire

CPC headquarters has moved. Germany's leading change management consulting firm now resides right next door to Europe's largest airport, in "The Squaire". Squaire is a portmanteau of the words square and air. The office building, 660 m long, up to 65 m wide, and 45 m high, is home to well-known companies, hotels, and retail businesses. With a total leasable space of 140,000 m2 it is Germany's largest office building, with transport connections that are unmatched anywhere in the world.

The architectural gem is located between Bundesautobahn 3 and Bundesstraße 43 near the Frankfurter Kreuz interchange and the Gateway Gardens development area. The building offers direct access to the train station underneath it, which services 210 long-distance trains a day. The Squaire also features a passageway connected directly to Terminal 1 of the Frankfurt airport.

"We could not have imagined a better home for our head office", states Gerald Kimmel, CEO and founding partner of CPC AG, a frequent traveler by air and train himself. "We looked for a suitable location for a long time, one that would connect us better and faster with our customers, future employees and colleagues. For a consulting firm, it doesn't get any better than The Squaire."

The draw of The Squaire began on the drawing board. Every day 473,000 travelers pass by - whether by air, train or car. Just a few meters away from our offices is a multi-story conference center, and it's another few steps to the Hilton Hotel. The first floor is home to restaurants and shops, and the ICE train station is located underground just below. The parking garage is directly connected to an aerial passenger tramway.
