There are many different ways to join CPC. Many of our employees choose to start as interns and - after completing their studies - join us as consultants. This is not surprising, because we enjoy working with people we like. You are also welcome to join us as a career changer with professional experience. The important thing is that you are open to new topics, methods and solutions.

Working internationally
In times of the corona pandemic, many things are different - we are currently working 100% from home. However, we are generally thinking long-term and therefore expect the typical characteristics of consulting - including local flexibility and travel - in the hope that project work at the client's site will be part of everyday working life again after the pandemic.
Whether Abu Dhabi, China, Russia, the USA, Turkey or South Africa - our projects repeatedly take us to other countries around the globe. We therefore expect every one of our colleagues to be interested in foreign cultures and fluent in English.
It is an honor for us
Awards make us happy. In fact, we have already received several awards. In the end, however, awards are only a result of how we work together, the working atmosphere we create and what is important to us.
