Values and Beliefs

It is the CPC AG's aim to act as solution provider among the consultants. Our consultants deal with all of our clients' issues, from organisational and operative challenges to strategic aspects. Our values form the basis and the framework for our daily commitment when it comes to reaching maximum success for both our clients and for our own company.

Co-entrepreneurship

We think of ourselves as entrepreneurs and we act correspondingly. That is why our consultants can take shares in the company already at a very early state - from the level of "Experienced Consultant" onwards. Our consultants actively participate in our company and are also involved in the decision-making process. Our clients benefit from this idea, as our consultants take extraordinarily high responsibilities on the different projects.

Professional and individual development

The development level of our consultants is a central criterion for the evaluation of our company. Thus we are consequently working on developing our consultants faster than they would in another company. When talking about "progress at a high speed", we are not only thinking of performance and expert knowledge, but also of our consultants' personal maturity. That ensures the highest amount of added value for the clients.

Team Building / Teamspirit

We work as a team! There are no lone fighters at CPC; our goal is to reach peak performance together. That involves backing each other but also challenging each other. For us, a team is not only formed by our consultants, but also by the combined action of our consultants and clients. And at CPC team building means: In critical situations mutual backing doesn't end at the end of the work day.

Flexibility

Flexibility not only describes our willingness to go one step further than others, both geographically and time-wise, and to adjust our lives to the requirements of a consultancy. Flexibility is our inner attitude and the method to deal with our clients and their challenges, to shift priorities, to admit other angles, and to take new approaches. But there is a limit to flexibility which occurs wherever other core values would elsewise be violated.

One Level More

"One Level More" refers to our understanding of quality: We are only satisfied if our clients are fully enthusiastic and we have delivered true added value. This is our aim both with our clients and within our company.

Appreciation

It has always been of utmost importance to us that we treat each other and the clients in the way we would like to be treated ourselves: Fairly and without arrogance and affectations. Additionally, for us, appreciation means: understanding of problems/ challenges and appreciation of accomplishments. We label our company a "fair company". Thus we do not only deliver added value, but we would also want our clients to treat us in a fair manner.

Customer Benefit / Customer Satisfaction

Customer benefit and customer satisfaction form the core of our work. That means: Our efforts have to pay off for the client. In doing so, we also take contrary positions if we are convinced that this is the way to help our clients. Compared to other companies, our consultants put their personal interests behind client success thereby investing in client satisfaction.

Trust / Confidence

Our company is shaped by mutual trust: We enable our employees and we have confidence in them when completing complex tasks. At the same time we consider risks and don't take chances to endanger our clients' success. Doubts and control contradict our lean organisation whose high amount of added value can only be sustained via trust.

Personal Responsibility

Our company's employees hold a huge amount of personal responsibility. This opens a certain scope of action for everybody. CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG admits responsibility and claims responsibility. Personal responsibility grows with our consultants' experience and personal maturity. It is achieved over the years and it doesn't exclude asking somebody's advice.

Health / Work-Life Balance

Our employees' health is of highest importance. We make sure that all of us get an adequate balance between our professional and private lives. Health and work-life balance form the preconditions to being an effective team in the long run.

Scope of Action

We allow scopes of action for our consultants wherever it helps the individual's self-fulfilment and wherever it doesn't harm the community. Moreover the use of scopes of action means that each employee gets the possibility to reveal organisational weaknesses and improvements and to solve or realise them in a responsible way.

Transparency / Openness

Transparency and openness are based on mutual trust and attest mutual interest in each other. This is why questions are allowed, wanted and required. There is no such thing as a taboo subject. Transparency also serves as a means of questioning our values; thus serving the continuous improvement of our company. It is a healthy amount of transparency that enables us to run the company in an adequate way and to make progress.

Success (economic, etc.)

All of CPC's shareholders are exclusively active employees. Economic success is definetely important for us. Yet, we do not focus on short-term profit but on sustainable corporate development. Our aim is to find a balance between economic success, growth and security.

Long-term Persistance

Long-term persistence is displayed in many dimensions of CPC: we want our company to persist in the long-run, we aim at long-term, cooperative relations with our clients, and we want to retain our consultants in the long-run. We make sure that everything we do for our clients and for us adds to a long-term use, financially, personal, and in regard to competitiveness.
