About us
CPC Unternehmensmanangement AG is a management consultancy specialising in change management, reality trainings and project management.
The company was founded in 1991 as Connex Personnel Consulting GmbH. Since the company's change of corporate form into a non-listed stock corporation in 1997, active employees have been its only shareholders. Today the company consists of 70 permanent consultants and co-operates with a carefully selected network of freelancers and former consultants.
Our clients include international large-scale companies, for which we operate on a global basis. Besides our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Germany's financial heartland, we also have branch offices in Munich and Göttingen.
Providing solutions to our clients is our consultants' self-defined objective. It is our goal to develop change with our clients and to take responsibility and entrepreneurial risks with them. But beyond a successful co-operation, we want our clients to enjoy working with us. Thus we are very delighted that many of our clients approach us again when facing new challenges. This is the only way we were able to continually augment demand for our services regardless of any economic trend.
CPC AG is a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement (GPM). Several consultants are representative members of the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
According to CRF Institute researches, CPC AG ranks among Germany's 20 top employers in 2009 and 2010.
