As a Young Professional you will enter our "Jump Programme" which will be individually adjusted to your previous experience and knowledge. This is how you can combine your personal abilities with the special consulting services of CPC AG and boost your career at a consultancy with a strong position at different top DAX companies and in relevant large-scale projects.

Depending on your personal experience you can complete the "Jump Programme" much more quickly than within the scheduled duration of two years. You'll then ideally jump to the position of "Senior Consultant" and your own (sub) project leadership tasks.
